品牌建立于2012年，附属青岛国信海天篮球俱笑部，是CBA青岛队的因“CBA青岛雄鹰”而得名“幼雄鹰”。依托职业球队专业擅长，按照中国幼篮球竞赛轨则，拓荒了特有的青少年篮球专业教练系统，开设U6、U8、U10、U12、U15分别年岁段班级。通过体例性、科学性教练，选拔适暂时提的学员举行国度运发动等第评定、达成加分升学、留学或进入职业队的倾向。
